Liz lives by the motto, “do it right, or don’t do it at all.” She enjoys working in the campus dining atmosphere and honored to be the dining director. Liz has worked in the food service industry for over 12 years. Her expertise are in catering and retail operations in hotels and campus services.  She was born and raised in Uruapan, Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish. She recently relocated to the Columbus area with her daughter Mia. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and hand crafts. 

Richard was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.  He graduated from Independence High School and attended both The Ohio State University and Ohio University.  He has spent most of his time managing in restaurants but enjoys working in Higher Education!  He served in the USMC has 4 children and 8 grandchildren.  In his free time he can be found watching sports or enjoying the outdoors.

Geraldine is excited to be part of the Capital Dining Team! She was born and raised in Panama but currently resides in Columbus, OH with her partner and two children.  Geraldine has a degree in Nutrition and has over 10 years of experience.  Her favorite quote is, “Happiness is not by chance, but by choice.”  Geraldine is here to help students with their nutritional goals!

Rhonda keeps everyone organized behind the scenes!  She has over 23 years of experience with Aladdin and happy to be the Office Manager. Rhonda was born and raised in Portsmouth, Ohio but now resides in Columbus where she is happily married to her husband Dave.  Rhonda loves spending time with her two kids, Derrick and April, and 4 grandkids, Peyton, Kylie, Addyson and Violet.  She often travels to watch the grandkid’s sporting events (swimming, cross country, basketball, baseball, softball and Track and Field).  When she’s not working or with her family she loves reading and traveling.  Her greatest happiness is the daily phone call from her kids or grandkids, there is nothing better than hearing someone say, I love you, everyday.
